Sarah Ambrose – Corporate Agent
Sarah Ambrose has an incredible passion for the Performing Arts industry. She began dancing when she was just two years old and had been blessed with the chance to work and train with with some of the best choreographers and teachers in the world. Sarah enjoys all aspects of performing but Jazz, Lyrical and Hip Hop have her students in awe of her choreography and style. Sarah was the Co- director of Dance 2XS Australia which propelled her into the Hip Hop spotlight. Sarah’s greatest joy is having the ability to share her knowledge and inspire others.
Kim Adam – Choreographer
At the age of 15 Kim trained at “Bartuccios ” and after completing two years she went on to further her training in L.A at “The Edge” in a scholarship summer program.Once returning Kim has been in high demand, have taught and choreographed for schools such as Patrick Studios Australia, Spectrum Dance, Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance, The Space Dance and Arts Centre and The Edge Performers. In 2008 Kim along with good friend Paul Malek co-founded “Collaboration the Project” with the intention to produce work for the dance community, in turn increasing performance opportunities on Australian shores. Since starting “Collaboration” they have produced over 10 productions together and also founded “Project Y” a youth dance initiative, “Immersed” Melbourne’s dance industry night and Underground Dance Festival. In 2012 Kim directed and choreographed her first solo project “4 Letters” which premiered at Theatre Works in October. She will be heading Rehearsal Direction for Collaboration’s upcoming tour of ‘Unanswered’ and later in 2013 will begin creating her 2nd and highly anticipated solo project.
Leroy Curwood – Choreographer
Leroy Curwood is a well respected dancer and choreographer, both nationaly and internationally having trained all over the world. Leroy has danced for local contemporary and hip-hop companies ‘Vertical Shadows’ and’Collaboration’, has supported Australian artists on stage and in music videos and co-choreographed on the Australian Series of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ as well as co-directing the Australian Hip Hop Champions in 2009 and 2010. He has taught in various countries around the world and alongside some of the industries finest, such as Luther Brown, Kevin Maher and Brian Green. He has taught at ‘Millennium DanceComplex’ and ‘Movement Lifestyle’ in L.A. and is a sort after teacher nation-wide. He recently returned from Singapore having taught at Swaggout 3 alongside Tony Tzar and Koharu Sugawara. Leroy also taught for the second year at the renowned FNF SummerDance Intensive 2012. and is part of ‘Who Got Skillz’. Leroy has appeared in various music videos for artists such as Howie D (Backstreet Boys) and Sonny P, musicals (Oliver), club gigs and stage performances including Choreographer’s Carnival, directed by dance icons Luther Brown, Tucker Barkley, Kyle Hanagami, Tony Czar, Lee Daniel, Jian Pierre-Louis and Andye Jamieson just to name a few.
